This Summer 2021 Glenfarclas Family Cask, distilled in 2001, was matured in Sherry Butt #3932 for approximately 20 years before bottling at 58.8%. 89.1pts Whiskybase.

Single Cask Nation Craigellachie 13 Year
$91.49
There's always plenty to say about Craigellachie, but the write-up on the bottle is much more succinct than I could hope to be. It's also a great summation of what we look for from the distillery: "Earthy, meaty, savory, and dank; it's another funky monkey from the worm tubs at Craigellachie. If this is your style then this is your distillery. However, it's ok to really hate it. (You can't be right all the time!)"
Utterly brilliant.
Distilled in 2005, matured in 2nd Fill Bourbon Hogshead #314984, and bottled in 2019. Natural colour, non chill-filtered, and limited to only 294 bottles. 58.1%
Single Cask Nation Linkwood 12 Year
$117.99
From the team at SCN: "Another distillery known for its blending prowess that can be exceptional in single cask form. There's a wonderful unctuousness to this dram that makes for quite a decadent experience while the flavours themselves remain bright, fresh, floral, and fragrant."
Refill Oloroso Sherry Butt #4815162342. Distilled 2009; bottled 2021. 666 bottles at 55.5%.
