Lindemans Pecheresse Btl
$8.49
Producers notes:
Lindemans Pêche is a young lambic enriched with peach juice. And this fruit beer is a real peach! It is nice to drink at any time of day. Or on a sunny patio. Personally, I enjoy it with my girlfriends. And what we talk about is of no concern to you.
Revel Mirabelle
$18.99
From the Producer
Mirabelle is a cider with strawberries and lemon verbena. It's summer sun captured in liquid form—the best strawberry lemonade you ever did try.
We've fantasized for years about getting tropical flavours out of local ingredients. And lemon verbena works so well it almost feels like cheating. Lemon verbena almost tastes better than a lemon itself—it's a combination of lemon blossom, juice and zest.
Gastsios Meltemi Ouzo
$32.99
40% ABV.
Ouzo is a liqueur made in Greece. Similar to raki, arak, sambuca and pastis, the main flavouring component is anise which gives Ouzo its dominant black licorice aroma and flavour.
From The Producer
"Meltemi: island, sea, summer wind of the Aegean Sea. A total harmony of ingredients, and a hitherto unknown sea breeze from aromatic plants underline its properties. Try Ouzo “Meltemi” as an aperitif, straight or with ice and water, or as a long drink with lots of ice and natural orange or lemon juice."
Koukoudo Mastic Liqueur
$40.99
Made by the Gatsios Distillery of Arta, Greece, Koukoudo is a traditional Greek Liqueur made using droplets of resin from the mastic tree. The mastic tree itself is a small evergreen tree seen in the Mediterranean region.
Also known as Mastiha or Mastichato, the liqueur has a herbaceous/pine quality and is traditionally imbibed after dinner or to aid digestion. 25% ABV.
From the Producer
"Its basic ingredient is genuine mastic oil from the Mastic Villages of Chios. A strict, non-syrupy drink, with characteristic flavor and taste, where the combination of mastic and citrus fruits is not predominant. Served neat or chilled, but without ice, as this would change its taste."
