Cirelli Orange
$37.99
A stone’s throw away from the Adriatic coast is the entirely organic Cirelli estate, run by Francesco Cirelli and his wife, Michela, who in addition to making wine, farms olives, garlic, spelt, wheat, barley, figs, and geese – an entire, self-sustaining ecosystem. Carrying on their days surrounded by rolling hills, the grapes also enjoy a maritime influence that helps preserve natural balance and fresh acidity in the baked Abruzzo sun. The citric and aromatic trebbiano grapes are destemmed before one month of maceration, pulling glossy tannins. Gold in colour, with hay bale, a bundle of wildflowers, linseed, green pear, white nectarine, raw almond, coriander seed & silky fresh lemony acid.
Kilchoman 100% Islay 11 Year Sherry Cask
$159.99
This multi-vintage Kilchoman 100% Islay was matured in ex-Sherry casks before bottling at 50%. Limit 1 Per Customer!
Producer Description
"The 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured 11 Years Old, was distilled from our 2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests, and matured for a minimum of 11 years in ex-oloroso sherry butts. Bottled at 50% abv. with no added colour or chill-filtration, this release combines 16 individually selected first-fill oloroso sherry butts originally used by José y Miguel Martín, Jerez, Spain. Ex-sherry casks impart remarkable depth, with pronounced notes of dark fruits, spice, and smoked meat, in contrast to the lighter citrus-driven profile more typical of our previous 100% Islay expressions."

$7.99
From the Brewery
"5.6% ALC./VOL.
A ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
This limited edition Jelly King variant was conditioned on loads of tart raspberry and juicy mango.

Tofino Sunshine Daydream
$22.49
From the Brewery
"ABV: 4.2%
A sunny, golden sour with a kaleidoscopic consonance of pineapple and mango"
Superflux Raingod IPA
$25.49
From the Brewery,
"This one's for people who like their hazy IPAs loud, juicy, and unapologetically citrus-forward. Raingod is a Hazy IPA brewed with Simcoe, Citra Cryo and a new favourite, Tangier hops. It pours a bright pale yellow, with fresh orange on the nose and has a softy sweetness all the way through. You'll taste big orange citrus fruits; juicy tangerine, a little grapefruit bitterness, and sweet orange creamsicle. If subtle is your thing, you might want to sit this out.
ABV: 6.5%"
