Producer Tasting Note

Nose: a few slices of honeydew melon alongside warm toast with lashings of butter and honey.

Palate: Melon evolves on the palate into juicy pear with bright, citrusy notes, like lemon rind that has been zested across the glass. Vanilla cream with clusters of honey roasted nuts rounds out the texture and gives balance to the citrus.

Finish: The lemon zest finishes with more candied sweetness, like lemon sherbert. Almonds and hazelnuts become more distinct and combine with orchard fruits to lend to the well known texture and weight of Dailuaine Single Malt.
