Small batch Bourbon from the town of Kirby in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. This whiskey is made with local grains: corn, wheat, winter rye and barley and water from the Madison Formation, a limestone basin 1 mile below the surface. Bottled at 44%.
Producer's Tasting Note
Nose: floral, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding
Palate: floral with brown baking spices and browned butter, vanilla crème, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon
Mouthfeel: light and smooth with vanilla bean and cinnamon spice filling the mouth cavity, hint of mint
Finish: medium length finish with toffee. Spice and vanilla fade

Maker's Mark is a mellow bourbon, made with wheat in place of rye with a mash bill of 60% Corn, 26% Red Winter Wheat, and 14% Malted Barley. To create the Maker's 46, the Bourbon has been finished in the same barrels as the regular but with new French oak staves inserted to add additional flavours of caramel, spice and vanilla. Firm, complex dry spices, herb, and some polished leather "grip", which dovetails well with Maker's trademark layered sweetness, Dried fruit and somewhat aggressive, but never excessive oak.

Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Bourbon travels the world to create a unique flavour profile, with the ship it resides on making multiple stops at different harbours in the voyage as well as experiencing the different weather along the way. In the 17 and 1800s, Bourbon travelled down the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers to New Orleans. Ageing whisky on a ship may speed up the process and add unique character. Voyage 28 is bottled at 45%.

Created from batches of four- and seven-year-old whiskey and named after the famous national park, The Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon is bottled at 46.5% from a mash bill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 12% Malt by Limestone Branch Distillery of Lebanon, Kentucky.
Like many distilleries in the state, the producers of Yellowstone can boast a Beam connection or two. Paul and Stephen B. Beam founded Limestone Branch in 2010. Their Great-grandfather was M.C. (Minor Case. What a name!) Beam, who operated a distillery business in the late 1800s through to his death in 1934.
Limestone Branch Distillery is owned by Luxco Brands, which was in turn purchased by MGP in 2021.

What was once Small Batch is now Single Barrel! Baker’s Single Barrel Bourbon is produced at Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is one of the few Jim Beam-made Bourbons to retain an age statement on the label, Baker’s is a minimum 7-year-old Bourbon and part of the Jim Beam premium line that also contains Booker’s and Basil Hayden’s. Named after Jim Beam’s nephew: Baker Beam, it is bottled at 53.5% ABV or 107 Proof.
