Basil Hayden Bourbon is made by Jim Beam Distillery. It is created using the high-rye Old Grand Dad mash bill, which purportedly contains about 27% Rye in the mash. Bottled at 40%.

When Basil Hayden Sr. began distilling his smooth bourbon in 1796, the state of Kentucky was only 4 years old and George Washington was president of the United States! Hayden was born and raised in Maryland, where he learned to make whiskey from rye. When he came to Kentucky, Hayden began making whiskey from a base of corn, but added a higher percentage of rye than other distillers, resulting in a smooth, mild bourbon that was distinctly his own.

Produced by Heaven Hill Distillers and Distilled by their Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY, The Elijah Craig Small Batch used to carry an age statement of 12 years old, however, that was replaced by the Small Batch. It is typically made in batches of up to 200 barrels aged 8-12 years old.

The American Prairie Bourbon takes its name from the American Prairie Reserve, which is a group attempting to create the largest wildlife reserve in mainland USA. This Straight Bourbon itself is composed of whisky sourced from multiple distilleries including the 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Malted Barley Mashbill of MGP Distillery of Indiana, and a few other undisclosed Bourbons from other distilleries. The components between three and thirteen years of age before being blended together and bottled at 46% ABV.

The first bottle to launch from Yellowstone's Special Finishes Collection. Bottled at 50% from a mash bill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 12% Malt by Limestone Branch Distillery of Lebanon, Kentucky.

Like many distilleries in the state, the producers of Yellowstone can boast a Beam connection or two. Paul and Stephen B. Beam founded Limestone Branch in 2010. Their Great-grandfather was M.C. (Minor Case. What a name!) Beam, who operated a distillery business in the late 1800s through to his death in 1934.

Limestone Branch Distillery is owned by Luxco Brands, which was in turn purchased by MGP in 2021.
