Château La Haye is part of a long wine tradition, with the establishment of the vineyard dating back to 1557, when Sire Janot Bernard of Leyssac acquired the property and planted the first vines. It is one of the oldest castles of Saint-Estèphe. The property has remained within the same family for 370 years. In 1821, Louis Bernard was ennobled and became Baron Bernard de Saint Affrique. His coat of arms still adorns the door of the Château. In 2012, Chris Cardon purchased the property after acquainting himself with the area due to his participation in the “Marathon du Médoc”.

Jed Steele is a pioneer in California's wine world, starting his career in 1974 and striking out on his own in 1991, eventually opting to make his wines in Lake County (just north of Napa Valley) where vineyards were considerably more affordableSteele's Cuvee Zinfandel is made from grapes grown in Lake and Mendocino County. Steele Wines purchased this vineyard in Mendocino County from the Pacini family in 1998, but it was originally planted in 1940. While they have replaced some of the vines, many of the old vines still remain. They are dry-farmed due to their location and result in intensely flavoured wines. The ripe bramble fruit is accompanied by spice, cocoa and vanilla, bolstered by American oak. While it is full-bodied, the tannins are smooth and ripe.

Located on the shores of the Mediterranean in the Provence region of Southwest France, this unique wine transcends what is traditionally done in the area. Made from the grape varietal “Tibourne”, which is a very thin-skinned grape which is becoming exceedingly rare, was originally grown in Mesopotamia before being cultivated by the Greeks. At Clos Cibonne, these grapes are Goblet trained and the Vineyards directly face the sea. This allows for the grapes to be constantly blasted and dried by the winds of the Mistral which makes sure that the grapes aren't affected by Grey Rot.
This wine is made with 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache, fermented in stainless steel, then aged on lees under Fleurette for 12 months in a large wooden vat.

Michel Colin was the third generation in his family to grow grapes in Burgundy within the prestigious Côte de Beaune. The seed for a career in wine was planted squarely in the Bourbon Whiskey country of Lexington, Kentucky. While waiting tables to put himself through school, Ken was exposed to fine wines from regions around the world. The passion became avocation when Ken left the Bluegrass State to attend enology and viticulture classes at UC Davis. Eight years were spent winemaking for Ventana Vineyards, Chalone and Talbott Vineyards in Monterey County on California’s central coast. Friends from the Willamette Valley piqued Ken’s interest in the region when they would visit, and a trip to the Dundee Hills in 1976 convinced him that this was where the finest Pinot noir in North America was being grown. Instrumental in organizing the six new American Viticultural Areas (AVAs) in the Northern Willamette Valley that define in detail the distinct growing areas within the region, he wrote the proposition for the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and served as the association’s first President. He is a true pioneer in Oregon's wine industry, specializing in single vineyard wines that display unique characteristics, much as Pinot Noir does in Burgundy.
