Synchromesh is a boutique, family run winery that focusses on exploring their unique and complex vineyard blocks through the lens of Riesling and Cabernet Franc. They farm over 30 acres of vines ranging from the North end of Naramata to the Golden Mile in Oliver with the bulk of theirvineyards situated on 107 acres in Okanagan Falls. They practice a holistic philosophy in both farming and winemaking, meaning no synthetic inputs and following organic methods. Wines are fermented naturally to capture the expression of each property and vineyard block in it's purest form.

Hardly any other Tuscan winery is as closely related to the founding fathers of Brunello di Montalcino as the small business of Simonetta Valiani and her husband Nicolò Magnelli. Le Chiuse is located south of Montalcino between the villages of Montosoli and Canalicchi and belonged to the aristocratic Biondi-Santi family from the 18th century onwards, whose Sangiovese wine made history in 1888 as the very first Brunello di Montalcino.
Strictly speaking, Simonetta is the niece of Franco Biondi-Santi, the last representative of this Tuscan wine dynasty, who had a special knack for single-varietal Sangiovese wines. In his opinion, the vineyards of Le Chiuse were among the best situated in the whole of Montalcino, which is why he had leased Simonetta's vineyards for the production of his legendary and long-lived Brunello Riserva wines for many years.

First brewed in 2004 to celebrate the brewery's 6th anniversary, 6e Soir is a golden imperial pilsner whose classic style has been taken to the extreme in a New World way. Aromas of floral hops and cereals. On the palate, the roundness of the malt coats the mouth, giving way to a very present, but delicate bitterness.
