A.D. Rattray Cask Orkney 15 Year
$119.99
Orkney, you say? Two operating distilleries produce Single Malt Scotch on the Orkney Isles, and this ain't from Scapa. That's right, this is 15 Year Old undisclosed HP Sauce! That's Highland Park for those of you that don't speak Evan. Matured in ex-Bourbon Barrels and bottled at 46%.
From The Producer
"Cask Orkney 15 Year Old single malt scotch whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks. Created to celebrate the Neolithic folklore of Orkney, it captures the island spirit with a deeply engaging and perfectly balanced malt."
GlenAllachie Meikle Toir The Original
$91.99
‘Meikle Tòir‘ (big pursuit) is GlenAllachie's heavily peated Speyside single malt. The Original is a 5 Year Old aged in a combination of first-fill ex-Bourbon Barrels, ex-Rye Barrels, and American Virgin Oak casks. Bottled at 50%.
From The Producer
"‘The Original’ is our classic single malt that truly champions our peated pursuit. Made with mainland peat from St. Fergus, the flavour contribution is sweeter than that anticipated of coastal peat."
GlenAllachie Meikle Toir The Chinquapin
$91.99
‘Meikle Tòir‘ (big pursuit) is GlenAllachie's heavily peated Speyside single malt. The 5 Year Old Chinquapin One started its maturation in ex-Bourbon Barrels, and then was finished in Chinquapin Virgin Oak Barrels. Botted at 48%.
From The Producer
"Coming in at 35 PPM, the whisky has a sweeter style of smoke character owing to the mainland peat from St. Fergus used to kiln the barley. After a lengthy 160-hour fermentation, the whisky has a complex character which stands up well to ageing in virgin oak casks."
Jura 12 Year Old
$64.99
Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels for 12 years, the whisky is finished in Oloroso sherry casks before bottling at 40%.
Producer Description
"This is Jura at its most intense and muscular, yet it remains an approachable whisky that makes the perfect accompaniment to a gathering. That’s how our tiny island community enjoys it. Bourbon cask maturation and an aged oloroso sherry finish produce a honeyed sweetness that offer notes of warm spice, banana, soft citrus and a finish of freshly ground coffee and dark chocolate."

The latest 25 year old offering from the venerable Balvenie Distillery also comes with a brand new, slightly higher price. Though not too high, at least. This quarter century single malt has been carefully put together by the legendary David Stewart. Bottled at 48%.
Producer Description
"To craft The Balvenie Twenty-Five, David carefully chose some of The Balvenie’s rarest Traditional American and European Oak casks to create the special tasting profiles designed for the range. These single malt whiskies had matured for twenty-five years and were handpicked to complete the layers of flavor envisioned. The two casks were then married together in the brand’s Traditional Oak Tuns for just the right amount of time to become one sophisticatedly simplistic expression."
