Fenimore Gin is made by New York's Cooperstown Distillery. It is bottled at 40% ABV and includes more typical Gin botanicals such as juniper berry and citrus peel along with some that are less used. Those include eucalyptus, chamomile, star anise, and New York Lilac.

This is a big gin with a floral-citric backbone. The "New Western Dry" gin was such a hit just in BC that it has delayed the production of the distillery's whisky.
