The result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. It showcases classic stone fruit, apple and citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity. It won Bronze at the World Beer Cup for Belgian Style Sour Ales in 2024. We hope you like it!"

Throughout the history of Nino Franco, the vineyards were the ones to make the difference, starting with Grave di Stecca, one of the rarest and perhaps the only example of a clos in the area, cultivated as a single vineyard since 1991.
