SunnyCider Saskatoon Berry
$5.69
The least dry of the sunny cider lineup. I say least dry instead of most sweet because although there's a touch of sweetness, it's still quite dry in the grand scheme of things. Made with fresh local Saskatoon berry juice and Sunnycider's classic apple cider.
SunnyCider Sour Cherry
$6.49
Local Sour cherries blended with their classic dry apple cider. Simple and delicious!
Tobermory 21 Year
$239.99
It has been a hot minute since we have gotten anything older than the venerable 12-year-old when it comes to official bottlings of Tobermory. The 21 is here now though - at least for a minute or two! Bottled at 46.3% ABV, the whisky was aged in Oloroso sherry casks for its final four or five years of maturation.
Producer Description
"Joining our award winning 12 year old in the unpeated Tobermory whisky core range, this 21 year old is small batch produced at our distillery on the Isle of Mull. Distilled into whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999, this spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015. The result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram. Like all our whiskies, this is non-chillfiltered and natural colour, with an abv of 46.3%, mirroring our other core range expressions."
Ledaig 9 Year Red Wine
$139.99
Finished in Bordeaux Red Wine Casks and bottled at 56.8%, this Ledaig will likely be beastly and divisive in style. Then again: what Ledaig isn't?
Producer Description
"The latest Limited Edition release from Ledaig (our peated single malt) has been fully matured in red wine casks and bottled at cask strength. The resulting dram is bursting with flavour - heather and pine cones with woody sea salt and floral notes on the finish."
Black Hills Per Se Cabernet Franc
$62.99
Per Se from Black Hills is an opportunity to show off the great character and purity of Cabernet Franc from their estate vineyards, alongside a small percentage of Merlot. Cabernet Franc is a variety that thrives in the Okanagan's warm sunny climate, and year after year it produces vibrant and elegant wines that are bursting with pure red fruits.
Collectefano Bianco
$28.99
100% Estate fruit. They have 15 hectares nestled in a cold and dry microclimate alongside the Esino River between the Appenine Mountains and the Adriatic. This is declassified Verdicchio that he used to sell in bulk. He always felt it was too good for that and is now releasing it in liter bottles. Slightly rustic compared to the Verdicchio di Matelica but it’s delicious and a great value! Natural wine.
Unico Zelo Gewurztraminer
$35.99
Unico Zelo champions Australian culture with playful, sustainable wines crafted from drought-resistant grapes for easy enjoyment and a fresh perspective on Australian wine. Bursting with ideas, they found a tiny spot at the Old Woollen Mills in the Lobethal - in the heart of the northern Adelaide Hills. Their winery was completed in 2021 and they purchased some vineyard land in 2022 (they were purchasing most of their grapes from other growers). The wines are naturally made and generally delicious.
Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling
$55.99
Dr Loosen has been in the same family for more than 200 years and its present guardian, Ernst Loosen, is one of the great characters of the wine world. He assumed ownership of the estate in 1988 and immediately realised that with ungrafted vines averaging 70 years of age, in some of Germany's best-rated vineyards, gave him the raw materials to create stunningly intense, world-class wines. To achieve this, he dramatically reduced his crop size and stopped all chemical fertilization, preferring only moderate use of organic fertilizers. And, most importantly, he turned to gentler cellar practices that allowed the wine to develop its full potential with a minimum of handling and technological meddling.
The "Sundial of Wehlen" is one of the greatest vineyards in the Middle Mosel. The soil is almost nothing but broken shards of blue Devonian slate, which gives a lively minerality to the wines. Citrus and white peach flavours predominate when the wines are young, turning to a pure expression of the mineral soil as they age. 100% Riesling from vines of more than 100 years of age. Fermented with indigenous yeast in a 3,000-litre, neutral oak, cask; matured on the full lees for 12 months; no bâtonnage.
