These three cider apples come together in a Wild fermented, dry cider layered with the complexities of bittersweeet and sharp apples aged together just right in French oak barrels.
This juicy cider is rich and complex, with ripe red apple pie, marzipan, and orchard floor aromas. Notes of layered astringency, tannins and complex acidity give this cider a lingering finish and chewy mouthfeel.
