ASSEMBLIES - This bottling - Little Sword / Little Mexican
Originally, Mezcal was produced by blending mature agave plants found in the fields. Master Mezcaleros selected the agave plants, and even if they were different varieties, they carried out the entire production process.
Ensambles is our version of those original mezcals, offering greater complexity and blending the flavors of the Espadín Maguey with wild varieties such as: Barril, Mexicano, Tepeztate, Tobalá, Coyote, Arroqueño and a special edition of four Agaves."

Okay, by now, I think it's common knowledge; Sir John loves bowling. After several evenings spent playing, we just had to brew a bowling-themed beer. That's how Mets-y de la Zoune came about. And, for those unfamiliar with Lachute bowling lingo, "la Zoune" is when you throw your ball and it curves, practically defying all of Newton's laws, and almost always going for a strike. A beautiful shot for those with the skill!
