Branca Punt e Mes Vermouth
$32.99
Making cocktails? You need a bottle of this Italian vermouth. Dark brown in colour, it has a bitter flaour and can be used instead of rosso vermouth in your next Manhattan or Negroni. The name Punt e Mes means "point and a half" in Piedmontese. But why? Some say it's because it has one "point of sweetness and half a point of bitterness. Whatever it refers to, it's tasty stuff.
Nikka Yoichi Single Malt
$91.99
The Yoichi Single Malt is a peated Single Malt Whisky made at Yoichi Distillery in Hokkaido, Japan.
Yoichi was the second distillery in Japan built specifically for making Single Malt Whisky. It was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru after he finished working with Shinjiro Torii at Yamazaki Distillery. Founding Yoichi Distillery was the first step towards making Nikka the whisky company it is today.
Producer Description
"This is a single malt from the Yoichi distillery, Nikka's first distillery built in 1934. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose Yoichi in Hokkaido because of the similar environmental conditions to Scotland, where he learned whisky making. Yoichi single malt has pleasant peaty notes and smokiness originating from the traditional direct coal-fired distillation as well as a briny hint delivered by the sea breeze during the aging process."
Nikka Miyagikyo Single Malt
$91.99

Producer Description
This is a single malt from the Miyagikyo distillery, Nikka's second distillery built in 1969. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose this site in the mountains of Sendai to contrast with his first distillery, Yoichi, located in the coastal area. Using less peaty malt and distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam, Miyagikyo single malt has an elegant fruitiness and a distinctive aroma with a strong Sherry cask influence."
Talisker Port Ruighe
$119.99
Bottled at 45.8% from whisky matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Ruby Port casks.
Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Instant, very well balanced, and sweet, yet not cloying; overall, rather like the sweet smokiness of a fading wood fire with the fruity richness of ripe plums.
Palate: Sublime, smoky and savoury: spicy pepper rapidly grows into peatiness, as a creamy smokiness mingles with spice and dark fruits.
Finish: Long, memorable, and mouth-filling, leaving on the tongue an appealing and intense cocoa-rich drying smokiness.
Distiller's Description: "Double matured in port casks, this malt is a toast to the Scottish traders who braved the high seas and were instrumental in the foundation of the port wine trade. Port Ruighe, pronounced ‘Portree’ is the Gaelic spelling of the once-bustling trading port on Skye. The port finish combines Talisker’ s powerful maritime character with succulent sweet notes of rich berry fruits for a superb taste experience."

Larmandier Rose Champagne
$147.99
Larmandier-Bernier is, according writer Peter Liem, "one of the finest producers in the Côte des Blancs", garnering rave reviews not just from Liem but other top critics like Vinous' Antonio Galloni. The wines are unified stylistically, with chalky cores and delicate, lifted citrus and floral notes that seem drawn in pastel. But there are also strong differences, a testament to the distinct personalities within the Côtes des Blancs.
This is a rare saignee method champagne rose. Intense on the palate and delicate on the nose. This cuvée is produced from the Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes picked in Vertus, where the two varieties grow together in the same plot of old vines. It’s made by macerating the berries for a few days, a technique not commonly used in Champagne.
