Roland Lavantureux Petit Chablis
$42.99
Upon completion of his wine education in Beaune, Roland Lavantureux established his winery in 1978 in the village of Lignorelles in the Chablis appellations. In a short period of time, Domaine Lavantureux has become one of the region’s most celebrated and respected producers. In 2010, Roland’s two sons, Arnaud and David, took over the domaine. Together they farm 20 hectares of prime vineyards on Kimmeridgian soils across the Chablis appellation, including key premier and grand cru sites such as Vau de Vey and Vaudésir, respectively. Their vineyards are farmed sustainably, paying close attention to the natural biodiversity of the surrounding area. In the cellar, the vision of the estate is to produce intensely mineral wines that are reflective of the specific vineyard site.
Messager-Germain Fixin Cote Cour
$149.99
Famille Messager-Germain is one of Burgundy’s bold new voices. Young, dynamic, and doing things their own way. This rising star is turning heads founded in 2022 by Adèle Germain and Simon Messager. They may be newcomers, but their roots run deep. She’s from the Côte de Beaune. He’s from the Côte de Nuits. Both trained at the Lycée Viticole de Beaune before heading down very different paths: Simon learned his craft working with Burgundy legend Robert Groffier, while Adèle gained a global perspective in Portugal, South Africa, New Zealand, and at Burgundian institutions like Joseph Drouhin and Château de Pommard.
Vougeraie Clos du Prieure Monopole
$164.99
The Domaine de la Vougeraie was created at the dawn of the third millennium. It is a family-owned estate that is small in size yet big in presence, located between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. The Domaine de La Vougeraie story begins in the vineyard and continues in the cellar, and long after, in the pleasure of tasting. Working the soil, ensuring low yields, producing concentrated grapes that are, above all, handled with extreme gentleness from their birth to their metamorphosis, hand-crafted vinification and maturation for each plot – all of this helps ensure a style that is all about elegance and a definition of terroir that is ever-more precise.

Pierre Huet Cidre Pays D'Auge
$18.49
From the Producer
"Pays d'Auge PDO cider is a naturally fermented cider, unpasteurized and uncarbonated.
PDO: Protected Designation of Origin (European equivalent of the French AOC).
Pays d'Auge cider is produced using traditional methods:
Harvesting of ripe apples / Washing and selective sorting of the fruit / Crushing of the fruit / Vatting of the pulp in the open air to allow the aromas to be released and the juices to take on their color / Pressing of the pulp / Clarification of the must / Slow alcoholic fermentation in vat obtained thanks to the indigenous flora (1 to 4 months depending on the musts) / Natural secondary fermentation in the bottle (minimum 3 months).
The strict Pays d'Auge Cider Appellation mandates analytical testing. Every year, an approval committee under the supervision of the INAO (National Institute of Origin and Quality) conducts an organoleptic examination.
This is an unpasteurized and uncarbonated cider."
