Phantasm Pale Ale - 5.0% -Abv
"Step into the light with this ethereal hazy pale ale that pushes the boundaries of hop science. Enhanced with Phantasm powder – made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes rich in thiol precursors – this brew unlocks an explosive synergy with Freestyle hops Mega Motueka. The result? Intense waves of lime, tropical fruit, and a touch of dankness burst from a soft, pillowy body. A beer that proves sometimes the most brilliant ideas come from the other side of the world."

"Inspired by the mystery of the Baltic Sea, Anomaly is a cold-fermented Baltic Porter crafted with precision and intrigue. By taming German lager yeast at low temperatures, we create a beer as smooth as dark waters, balancing roasty chocolate, dried fruit, and a whisper of smoke.
At 8.5% ABV, it’s unexpectedly drinkable, with sweetness and bitterness charting the perfect course. A delicious enigma in every glass."

This beer is really cool. Thanks to our pals Tristan Stewart at Temporal and Rob Scope at Magnet for Helping us make it happen.
