You’ve made it clear from the overwhelming support that our modern take on west coast hop forward beer is here to stay! The next iteration in our Lucidity series focuses on another one of our selected hops from this past harvest, Idaho 7. Our selected Idaho 7 oozes with dank resinous oils and reeks of uber dank flower, apricot, and clementine. We knew this hop had to be showcased immediately and decided to pair it with Mosaic and Nelson Amplifire to dial up the sensory experience beyond what is expected from a pale ale. Expect whaffs of dank berry and bright tangerine to overwhelm your senses
