"This fresh pick comes in hot with tropical aromas, perfectly balanced acidity, and faint hop
bitterness. We blended three base beers and refermented the lot on apricots to arrive at this crushable harbinger of summer. It’s crazy concentrated with juicy flavour and pours an appropriate show stoppingly sunny shade of hazy orange.
Sort of surprisingly, we used less fruit by weight than usual. Because apricots are so dang potent, restraint was necessary if we wanted to max out the juice factor without taking things too tart—and that’s exactly what we wanted. So, learn of love, have some joy,
