Release 40, in their own words: "Whisky barrels filled with fresh green coffee beans, emptied then refilled with whisky again lend an intriguing eccentricity to a bright and vibrant dram. Nectarous grain character and considered casking create the canvas made complete by the beans' unique contribution."

Yukon Brewery resides in Whitehorse, where it was originally founded under the name Chilkoot Brewing. In 2009, a still was installed. Whisky under the name Two Brewers was first released back 2016. Since then, Two Brewers has kept to a small batch release ethos, where no release is exactly the same as the last.
