Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Stewed fruits, give way to lighter lychee and peach notes. mandarins and roasted red peppers. becoming creamier.
Palate: Some kiwi mixed in with notes of caramel, peshwari naan and melted butter. Grows thicker and heavier with more chocolate and rhubarb flavours.
Finish: Lots of red fruits mixed with traditional custard and brown sugar.

This Cadenhead bottling of Cameronbridge Single Grain is 29 years old and the result of two ex-bourbon hogsheads being married together and bottled at 57.8% ABV. 432 bottles total, only 18 coming to Canada - Exclusivly to KWM!
Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Rich and spicy, cocoa powder, crystallised ginger, kiwi along with raspberries and very ripe plums. thick and chewy with rye like spices.
Palate: Hints of oak with honey butter, coconut flakes, green grapes and cardamom pods.
Finish: Lemon butter, oak aged chardonnay and traditional thick custard with faint stewed rhubarb in the background.

Distilled in 2008 and dumped in 2019, 1116 bottles are available through select shops worldwide, including KWM!

Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Oily and grassy with background peat. Very industrial. Some black pepper with, fennel and lemon thyme. becoming creamier.
Palate: Dry ash, and then smoking hit oil, pear skins, whole limes, runny honey and a hint of mezcal.
Finish: Drying smoke and then becoming oilier and giving way to creamy stuffed peppers and a hint of engine oil.

This 7 year old from the Highlands was matured in a 2nd fill barrel and is 60.9%.
Flavour profile: Juicy, oak & vanilla.
Outturn: 235 bottles.
Panel's tasting note: "Immediately we were dipping a rich and buttery brioche into honey before a whiff of freshly squeezed lime and a salty sea spray teased our olfactory system. On the palate neat, all very refreshing like mint flavoured lozenges and cinnamon flavoured salt water taffy with a hint of sorghum in the finish.
With a drop of water, a very citric aroma greeted us at first before the warming scent of vanilla pudding, as well as a freshly cut beech wood pile of firewood appeared. We then tasted yummy pineapple tofu with coconut rice followed by white chocolate and cardamom mousse."
