Collective Arts Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin
$53.99
"This gin was made with copious amounts of Rhubarb and Hibiscus. Like the first bite of a grapefruit, it’s juicy and floral complemented by fresh citrus and our botanical blend that leaves it with a tart and warm ginger finish."
Main Divide Pinot Noir
$36.99
It is deep ruby in appearance with a complex bouquet full of dark plum, chocolate, vanilla and spice. Layered beneath there are also savoury hints of grilled meat, mushroom, woodsmoke and earth. The palate is mouth-filling, yet soft and plush, with silky smooth fine-grained tannins. Generous fruit weight is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity and a prolonged finish.
Groundbreaker Gluten Free Dark 4pk
$26.99
Made with a plethora of gluten free grains, this dark ale is medium bodied with big noted of burnt sugars and coffee. The intensity of flavour keeps the beer in line with a light stout rather than a gluten free beer.

An Islands Blended Malt from the folks at Hunter Laing, which is replacing the Rock Oyster. Bottled at 46.8%, Rock Island is composed of whiskies from Arran, Jura, Orkney and Islay!

The Epicurean Lowland Blended Malt
$72.99
A Lowland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, bottled at 46.2%. Presumably a marriage of Auchentoshan and Glenkinchie.
First introduced in 2016, The Epicurean is a Blended Malt Scotch Whisky that focuses on the Lowlands both style-wise and for the component malts used. The Epicurean is a reference to the character on the bottle itself, which looks like some sort of amalgamated caricature of Rich Uncle Pennybags from the Monopoly board game, Leonardo DiCaprio's character from The Great Gatsby, and Fred Laing Jr and his carefully managed mustache itself.
Producer Description
"Meet The Epicurean – our 1930s Glasgow man, a real cheeky character who was ever the life and soul of the party and a connoisseur of fine food and drink. A master of versatility, this fresh, zesty, grassy marriage of the finest Lowland malts is perfect for cocktail hour or simply for sipping. Encompassing the great cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and the historic Kingdom of Fife, Malts from the Lowland region are celebrated for their sweet, grassy notes and gentle style. The Epicurean is a remarkable encapsulation of that archetypal Lowland style in one charming bottle."
The Gauldrons Blended Malt
$88.99
The Gauldrons is a Campbeltown Blended Malt Whisky, bottled at 46.2%.
About the Gauldrons
"As you step onto The Gauldrons’ fine, clean sand, you also step back in time. Over yonder is where a spider building his web - with great patience but great difficulty - inspired King Robert the Bruce to try, try and try again, having been defeated by his enemies. All around you can sense the ghosts of the long lost Distilleries that once proudly proclaimed Campbeltown “Scotland’s Whisky capital”. The Gauldrons takes you down the long and winding road, over moorland and through now abandoned villages, to one of the most isolated Whisky outposts in the world. All but surrounded by the ocean, the air here is heavy with sea mist and infused with the whim blossom that brightens the landscape."

LVD Vouvray Grand Vaudasniere
$29.99
Delicious and perfect for any occasion. Bright acidity well-balanced with a touch of honeyed sweetness. Apricots and stonefruit on the palate. Excellent as an aperitif.
Foreau Vouvray Sec
$79.99
The crystalline bouquet reveals an ultra-mineral nose that streamlines into flint. Once it starts to wake up, citrus fruits express themselves with very fresh vegetal notes. On the palate, a beautiful explosion that extends on a chalky and very vertical body. A bottle to be tasted in 1 year, 20 years or 30 years. The tasting of this sec befits the Japanese cuisine: salmon, scallops, tuna etc.
