Redbreast 15 Year Irish Whiskey
$164.99
The Redbreast 15 year Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is aged in ex-Bourbon Casks and ex-Oloroso Sherry Casks and bottled at 46% ABV.
What is Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey you ask? It is whiskey made using a combination of malted and unmalted barley. Why do this you ask? Why, to dodge unfair taxation, of course! The Malt Tax came into being in Ireland for a short time starting in 1785, enforced by the (insert expletive said in your best Irish accent here) English. The Irish, being Irish, decided that they didn't need to use malted barley for the entirety of the mash used to distill whiskey and started adding portions of unmalted barley. Necessity being the mother of invention, this eventually became a legitimate style of whiskey-making that is now not just celebrated but codified into law in Ireland with the Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey classification.
Blindman Longshadows IPA 4pk
$19.99
A very malt-heavy base with moderate sweetness makes a great stage for a whole bunch of big hefty, fruity and dank hop aromas. Massive hop notes give way to a moderate and balanced bitterness. A fantastic Alberta IPA!
El Dorado 25 Year
$429.99
The El Dorado 25 Year is one of the most sought after rums in the world. We haven't seen it for several years and are only getting 6 bottles. The rum comes from Demerara Distillers in Guyana, it is a limited release that is only produced from excellent single vintages.
Tasting Note From A Previous Bottling:
"A very limited edition for the connoisseur who appreciates the best in the world of spirits…. Created to mark the turn of the millennium, 25 Year Old Vintage Reserve is presented in an appropriately distinctive decanter to treasure or to give with pleasure," according to the team at Demerara Distillers in Guyana, where this beauty is made. "This exquisite vintage rum possesses a silky smoothness which challenges the oldest cognac. The constant ambient warmth and tropical conditions of Demerara dramatically hasten the maturation process – producing a spirit that is the equivalent of one aged for many more years in a cooler climate. Tasting Notes: An extremely rare creature, this rum is rich, smooth and mellow with soft syrupy mouth-feel and subtle notes of caramel and heavy fruit cake. An after-dinner treat for sipping slowly and sparingly."

From The Producer
"Caramelized Citrus. This medium-bodied lager showcases both malt and hops. It follows with a toasty malt character and subtle caramelized grapefruit finish.
Take this along those tough singletracks or steep scrambles, or drink it on your way to church (only Judy can judge you now!)."
Felsina Chianti Classico 375ml
$29.99
91 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate for the 2012 release! The review: "The 2012 Chianti Classico Berardenga (100% Sangiovese aged in medium-sized barrel) opens to pretty color saturation and richness. The bouquet is immediately redolent of Sangiovese-driven aromas of red cherry, white chalk and grilled herbs. The earthy component is especially attractive. This Chianti Classico will appeal to those who like a genuine and stripped-down red wine from sun-drenched Tuscany. " Here, we offer it as a lovely 375-mL bottle, a perfect way to enjoy a glass without going overboard.
