Nichol Syrah
$55.99
World-renowned wine critic Jancis Robinson named the Nichol Vineyard Syrah among her top 25 in BC when she visited the region in 2009. We agree! The first Syrah was planted at the estate in 1989, and the balance of the site's 5.5 acres were planted in 1990. The wine that comes from these vineyards is full-bodied, with red to dark berry, damson plum and sage notes. One that should age quite nicely, too!
Paulaner Oktoberfest to Go 1000ml Can
$21.09
This beer is an institution: the Oktoberfest Bier from Paulaner, with its full-bodied, pleasant taste definitely pairs beautifully with the hearty delicacies along with Hendln or Schweinshaxen. Its alcohol content of 6 % volume makes it somewhat stronger than the usual lager beer. The original gravity of the Oktoberfest Beer is also slightly higher, starting at 13.5 %. With a hint of malty sweetness the Oktoberfest Beer possesses the perfect balance.
