Corte Manzini L'Acino Lambrusco
$34.99
The Company was founded in the 1978 by brothers Lodovico, Lorenzo, Giordano and Ruggero Manzini. The farm covers more than 25 hectares, 10 of which are located on hills and cultivated to vineyard. Today, the Manzini's farm remains the same and all the grapes used for their Lambrusco come from the vineyards of their property. As a result of expert pruning and picking they end up with high quality grapes suitable for DOC wines. Their dry, delightfully fruity Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC is the pearl of their company, to which the family dedicate their greatest attention. Producing exceptional hand crafted DOC Lambrusco is an elaborate process and every member of the family has a specific role. Vineyard management, winemaking, research and development, marketing and sales are all lovingly managed by the siblings. Made from Labrusco Grasparossa, the Bolla Rossa is lightly sparkling and dry.
Raventos Mas Del Serral
$364.99
Northwest of Barcelona, in the Anoia Valley countryside, surrounded by the Sierra of Montserrat Mountains, is a distinguished family vineyard dating back five hundred years, where some of the finest, most innovative and most inspiring Spanish wines have been cultivated: the Raventós estate. Manuel Raventós, 20th generation winemaker in this area, created in 1986 the first estate-bottled and estate-produced sparkling wine in Spain with the first vintage of Raventós i Blanc. An estate where since 1497 the same family has been working– probably one of the longest-documented viticultural family traditions in the world. Following his father and his grandfather’s dream, Pepe Raventós, the 21st generation, joined Raventós i Blanc with the aim of pursuing excellence in every detail of the winery. Pepe’s spirit of innovation and perfectionism inspired him to create a world-class sparkling wine unlike any other- one made distinct by its minerality. It's safe to say that Raventos is the best sparkling wine producer in Spain and the Mas del Serral is a wine that can rival anything from Champagne.

Equinox & Solstice Mortlach 16 Year
$229.99
This 2007 vintage Mortlach was bottled after 16 years in a Refill ex-Bourbon Hogshead at 48.5%.
Producer Description
"This year’s Summer Edition of Equinox & Solstice is a single refill hogshead of 2007 Mortlach, bottled at 16 years of age and reduced to this series’ trademark easy drinking strength of 48.5%.
"We’re always on the look out for casks that go against common expectations of certain distilleries. In the case of Mortlach, we often associate this distillery and its notoriously meaty and full-bodied distillate with sherry casks. So, we were very pleased to find this refill hogshead matured example that shows this wonderfully fat and oily distillate in all its natural glory. Rich, naturally sweet, waxy, fruity and well-balanced, this is perfect for easy summer sipping or, as is often the case with this series, makes a terrific highball too."
