Nose: Nose Oily with some coastal tinges! Leather with almond paste like aromas very exotic. Summer on the coast with dry fruits.
Palate: Palate is deep with a lot of taste, malty (yes malty) notes. This also has a slight smoked woody sweet fruity taste! this Rum is a seasoned drinkers rum from this incredible mid palate.
Finish: Finish sweeter than the mid palate with a slight lime note as this rum evolves in the glass lots of citric notes warming sweet again very enjoyable from the nose to the finish.”

This 15-year-old Demarara rum from Guyana is a blend of rums aged at least 15 years (and some are close to 25 years of age.) Somewhat scotch-like, with subtle peaty notes, this one has notes of confectioner's sugar, banana and cedar on the nose. A silky entry leads to a moderately full-bodied palate of vibrant, yet refined dry caramel and grilled tropical fruit flavours braced by warm alcohol, and firm, smooth oak spice.

This Demerara rum is a blend of rums aged to a minimum of 21 years, and up to 25 years. The nose is complex with subtle confectioned notes. The palate is warm, yet silky with gentle notes of tropical fruitl. The warmth of alcohol is supported by smooth oak notes allowing the tropical flavours to flourish. The finish is long and pleasant.
