Nose: A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate on top. Ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate burst of citrus fruits. Pepper is also present in the background waiting to be noticed. This bouquet is simply a sensational feast to your olfactory organ.
Palate: The taste ends with clean and complex flavours embodying all that is best in the finest malt whiskies and enjoying a long aftertaste.

The first release from Cotswold Distillery's Harvest Series, Golden Wold was limited to 5000 bottles. The whisky was matured in a combination of STR Red Wine casks, ex-Bourbon casks, and ex-peated whisky casks. Bottled at 52.5%.

The word that India can make world-class single malt whisky has made its way to Canada and the rest of the world over the past 20 years. The Rampur Asava Indian Single Malt Whisky is matured in ex-Bourbon Barrels, then finished in casks that previously held Indian wine made the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. The result is bottled at 45% ABV.

"Rampur is distilled in traditional copper pot stills in the oldest distillery in India, dating from 1943 with 80 years of distillation expertise. The Himalayas provide polar opposite of climate conditions throughout the year with the flavor of the famous Indian Summer giving Rampur an added dimension and depth."

"Fino, Spanish for 'Fine', is the driest and palest of all varieties of traditional sherry wine. Traditional Fino wine is usually dry and is best consumed shortly after the bottle is opened in order to avoid losing its flavour. Kavalan's Fino, matured in the finest Fino Sherry butts, however, provides mild sweetness that excites the palate."
