We are really excited about these wines, because one of the "Three Sisters", Rebecca Mikulic (nee Lawrence) used to work here at KWM. That and the wines are also delicious! Rebecca and her husband winemaker Matthew Mikulic grow grapes throughout the Okanagan, and have a winery on the Naramata Bench. This 100% Pinot Noir Rose was fermented in stainless steel tanks.

All the grapes were grown by Earlco Vineyards Ltd. and sourced exclusively from the Naramata Bench. Our 2019 Rose is 100% Pinot Noir. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, cold stabilized, fined and filtered.

Winery Tasting Notes (2019 Vintage)
The 2019 Rose was produced in a semi-sweet style and boasts a romantic blush hue. Aromatics of fresh strawberries and baked fruit crumble. Palate is medium bodied with bright red fruit flavours, candied apples creating a lingering finish. Very light ruby colour with red wine-like flavors cherry sauce, black currant and pepper spice. This Rose is made solely for the patio!

Winery Tasting Notes: A pale, peachy hue shines from the glass. Energetic red-fruit nose of wild strawberry and cherry blossom with accents of fresh mint. Zesty pink-grapefruit and chalky minerality frame the palate leading to a refreshing finish. Enjoy on it’s own or paired with cured meat, salty cheeses, fresh tomato salad or a wide range of lighter fare.

This Cabernet Franc was macerated and fermented in small lightly pressed lots and aged 18 months in new and neutral American & French oak.

"All the grapes were grown by Earlco Vineyards Ltd. and sourced exclusively from the Naramata Bench. Picked by hand at optimum ripeness. The juice was macerated and fermented in small lots then grapes were lightly pressed. Wine was aged for approximately 18 months in a combination of new and neutral French and American barrels. Full malolactic fermentation occurred during this time and wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered."
