Confluence is a fairly new distillery in Calgary. Their flagship gin is named after the neighborhood they call home. Their Gin is Red Wheat grain based and New Western Dry in style. It is created using six botanicals: juniper, coriander, wild rose petals, lemon peel, cucumber, and saskatoon berries. Bottled at 42.6% ABV.. It has a hint of berry skin fruitiness along with delicate floral hints. Fantastic with tonic, or even a martini!

Eau Claire's flagship gin. Eau Claire is Alberta's first modern craft distillery. It was founded in 2013 and resides in Diamond Valley, Alberta.
"A tribute to the Prairie’s famed Alberta Rose, Parlour Gin is Eau Claire Distillery’s second release," according to the team at Eau Claire. "This London-dry style gin augments more traditional gin botanicals creating a juniper berry induced dryness, but with unique hints of rosehip, Saskatoon berry, coriander, lemon, orange, mint and spice. Wild Life gin is produced by Wild Life distillery in the scenic mountain town of Canmore. "The obvious overproof of 43.3% abv. allows the nose & body of the gin to stand up in a martini or a cocktail without getting lost in solution."

Tempest Dry Gin is a Juniper and flavour-forward gin in the style of a London Dry. It is bottled at a respectable 47.2%.
The Gingredients used in Tempest Dry Gin include: Juniper, coriander, angelica, red rose petals, grapefruit peel, lime peel, orris root, tellicherry black pepper, cardamom, Vietnamese cassia, and bay leaf. The spirit is made from 100% Western Canadian Wheat.

This is a big gin with a floral-citric backbone. The "New Western Dry" gin was such a hit just in BC that it has delayed the production of the distillery's whisky. We firmly belive Stevely is one of North America's up and coming distillers, so much so that we've already filled our own cask. We love this gin, and know that you will too.
From the producer: Our award winning Noteworthy Gin is our initial signature release which is a hand-crafted, small batch gin made from 100% British Columbian grown barley, carefully fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to our German copper pot still.
