Their winemaking team, led by Simon Black, create wines of exemplary quality and character, utilising winemaking techniques that complement the unique qualities derived from only the very best parcels of fruit taken from our five vineyards, in a style that reflects each vineyard site.
750 mlThe Merricks site invariably produces a bolder expression of Pinot Noir, with deeper colour and an abundance of dark blue and black fruits. The palate is plush and generous, framed by supple skin tannins that build layers of complexity and carry through to a long, expressive finish.
