This Vancouver Island Gin from Sheringham Distillery is made from a base of Wheat and Malted Barley. Why is it called Seaside Gin? That is because along with more typical gin botanicals, locally harvested winged kelp is also in the mix. Bottled at 43% ABV.

Eau Claire's flagship gin. Eau Claire is Alberta's first modern craft distillery. It was founded in 2013 and resides in Diamond Valley, Alberta.
"A tribute to the Prairie’s famed Alberta Rose, Parlour Gin is Eau Claire Distillery’s second release," according to the team at Eau Claire. "This London-dry style gin augments more traditional gin botanicals creating a juniper berry induced dryness, but with unique hints of rosehip, Saskatoon berry, coriander, lemon, orange, mint and spice. A medium gin, it is dry with a smooth, harmonious texture and little harshness."

This is a big gin with a floral-citric backbone. The "New Western Dry" gin was such a hit just in BC that it has delayed the production of the distillery's whisky. From the producer: Our award winning Noteworthy Gin is our initial signature release which is a hand-crafted, small batch gin made from 100% British Columbian grown barley, carefully fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to our German copper pot still. After three precision distillations – two to clean the spirit and one to infuse our botanicals, it is then both hand bottled and labeled allowing constant monitoring of the quality control process.

Tinted with the iconic butterfly pea blossom, this indigo coloured gin is a delicate starting point for any gin-fueled night. Extremely clean on the nose, elegant to the point of shyness, the Empress offers an easy going nature for any gin drinker. Expect slight floral tones, little whiffs of juniper, a touch of heady perfume.

Bottled at 43% ABV, the Kazuki Gin from Sheringham Distillery is a bit of a tribute to Japanese botanicals. Cherry Blossoms and Yuzu peel are imported directly from Japan and green tea and flowers are sourced locally and used to create this gins delicate, aromatic style.
