Nose: big, rich, sweet and citric, lots of orange; floral with Christmas spices, it is creamy with decadent honey.
Palate: creamy, floral and still sweet; loads of oranges, lavender, vanilla cream and honey; think floral spicy cream soda!
Finish: light, fresh, decadent and floral.

Eau Claire's flagship gin. Eau Claire is Alberta's first modern craft distillery. It was founded in 2013 and resides in Diamond Valley, Alberta.
"A tribute to the Prairie’s famed Alberta Rose, Parlour Gin is Eau Claire Distillery’s second release," according to the team at Eau Claire. "This London-dry style gin augments more traditional gin botanicals creating a juniper berry induced dryness, but with unique hints of rosehip, Saskatoon berry, coriander, lemon, orange, mint and spice. A medium gin, it is dry with a smooth, harmonious texture and little harshness."
