The process of finding a product began in 1971 and it was introduced in 1974 as the first Irish Cream on the market. Despite attributions to Andrew Bailey of the R.A. Bailey Company, no such person existed. The choice of the name Bailey was based on branding. Baileys is a cream liqueur made from a base of Irish whisky. It is the perfect addition to coffee or hot chocolate on a cold day, or for use in other specialty drinks. This is a 375 ml bottle!
