This charming white shows delicate white flower and stone fruit notes with the Pinot Blanc bringing texture and creaminess. Focused and precise with honey on the finish. Serve cool but not cold.

Vette is named for the imposing peaks that rise above its Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, and it's the true height of refreshing crispness and earthy minerality. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc it sees 12 hours of low-temperature maceration on the skins, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation for 20 days. It spends five months sur lie solely in stainless steel. The previous vintage sold out quickly and was a staff favourite, always a good sign. It walks the line stylistically between Sancerre and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc flavour profiles, the best of both worlds.

"Elisabetta was thrust into the wine-making scene at a very early age after the death of her father. It was 1985 and she had just graduated from high school. She had always been in touch with nature and when she took over the vineyards she began to replant her vineyards using massale selection – not because of any overriding grand plan- but because it felt right. It is largely thanks to these efforts by Elisabetta and a few other dedicated growers in the Mezzolombardo area of Trentino that the Teroldego grape has survived."
