Vette is named for the imposing peaks that rise above its Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, and it's the true height of refreshing crispness and earthy minerality. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc it sees 12 hours of low-temperature maceration on the skins, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation for 20 days. Domaine Raymond Usseglio is a family domaine, created in 1948 by Françis Usseglio, who originally hailed from Italy. They traditionally develop their range of wines, with many of their vines being more than 65 years of age. Usseglio always performs manual harvesting with selective sorting, and all of their wines are certified biodynamic by Demeter. This rosé, with a dominant blend of cinsault (and 10% mourvedre) captivates with its freshness and aromatic profile of luscious fruit and lovely minerality. As an added bonus, they are certified biodynamic, which means it will protect you from werewolves when the moon is full.

The Terre di San Leonardo is the IGT younger sibling of the iconic San Leonardo. Like its older sibling, it is a Bordeaux-style blend from an amazing Italian producer. The 2019 vintage consists of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Carmenère with 4/5ths being matured in concrete vats and the remaining 1/5 in French oak barrels. This big red will pair nicely with big red meat dishes and hard cheese.
