The 2022 Pinot Blanc displays complex flavours of stone fruit, white peach, and apricots with a touch of floral and minerality. A full mouth-feel with rich apricot notes and creamy on the finish. Balanced acidity will allow this wine to age beautifully for 3-5 years.

Beginning with 2005, all of Weinbach's vineyards are being biodynamically farmed. That's quite a feat and so are their wines. Their Pinot Blanc thrives in Alsace. It's clean and fresh, delicately fruity, well constituted with a nice suppleness and a hint of candied lemon peel on the finish. Weinbach recommends pairing with an onion tart or quiche. From Becker: As was typical of the southern Palatinate region, our family has run a mixed-use farm for many generations, with vineyards, some animals, a still and apple, pear, plum, cherry and Mirabelle trees.
