We teamed up with our friends at Bridgeland Distillery to bottle our first-ever Canadian "Bourbon Style" whisky barrel pick. The mash bill consists of at least 51% Taber Corn, plus wheat and malted barley. At five years old, it is the oldest of Bridgeland's Taber Corn Whisky bottled so far, and at barrel proof, 62.5%.

Bottled at 44.1% in 500ml bottles that are individually numbered, 2024 Edition of Bridgeland Distillery's Single Blend Whisky is a marriage of Rye Whisky, Taber Corn Whisky, and Single Malt whisky. All whisky was distilled, aged, and blended by Bridgeland at their Distillery in Calgary, Alberta.
