Italian Pilsner
Lemongrass / Dandelions / Flaky Pastry
Only our third Italian pilsner, this one carries the hallmarks of a classic: a doughy, cracker-like malt backbone, a delicate grassy and floral hop flair, with a lickity-crisp, lemon spritz finish. Far from cliché, we deployed experimental hop variety HBC 1134 this time around, elevating this brew to the highest levels of consciousness. It’s easy-drinking but still makes you think, the perfect companion to a great slice of ‘za, or just laying in the grass, wondering why you named your dog after a carb."

"Dry and drinkable with a balanced bitterness, Ocean View exists at the confluence of two well-loved styles: the West Coast IPA and the German Pilsner. From the former, expect aromatic American hops. The influence of the latter gets the credit for the classic crispness and for toning down the ABV for maximum crushability.
