Bottled at 52% this bottling of Raasay was made with peated & unpeated single malt Initially matured in ex-Rye casks before finishing in PX & Oloroso Sherry Quarter Casks.

"Part of our core single malt range, Dùn Cana is our peated and unpeated spirit matured first in the strong foundations of our ex American Rye casks with a second maturation in a Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. An annual release with each edition offering slight points of difference in cask composition or age. This multi award winning whisky exudes peppery spice, dried sultanas and hints of vanilla, with a finish of lingering salty chocolate and a light hint of aromatic wood smoke."

This is a peated Raasay, first matured in a freshly charred and toasted, custom-made Chinkapin oak cask and then finshed in PX and Oloroso Sherry. It is bottled at 60.1%.
