Field & Sound Bourbon is distilled, matured, and bottled by Long Island Spirits of Long Island, New York. Field & Sound's Wheated Bourbon mash bill consists of 60% Corn, 33% Winter Wheat, and 7% Malted Barley. The Bourbon is matured in #2 Char barrels, which is lighter than the typical #3 and #4 char barrels used by most American Distilleries. Like all Bottled in Bond Whiskey, it is bottled at the required 100 Proof, or 50% ABV.

"Port may be the most recognizable fortified wine from Portugal, but Moscatel de Setubal is a Portuguese staple. Artfully produced on the Setubal Peninsula near Lisbon in the south of Portugal, Moscatel is a truly unique fortified wine to the region with robust citrus and rich sweetness. These aromatic casks were used for a decade before making their way across the Atlantic to Doc Swinson's maturation house to be filled with bourbon. After several months of aging, expressive notes of orange zest, honey and toffee complement the rich spices of Doc Swinson's Bourbon."

This limited-edition Bourbon, called "The Happy Warrior" is aged up to 7 years and finished in French Oak Ex-Brandy Casks seasoned with brandy made from Long Island Grapes. This "high rye" whiskey is bottled at 57% and produced from a mashbill of 60% Corn, 35% Rye, 5% Malted Barley.

"Once a year, Long Island Spirits hand selects 5 our finest aged Bourbon Barrels and bottles fewer than a couple of hundred cases per batch. This high-rye straight bourbon whisky is aged between 4 and 7 years prior to receiving additional maturation in French Oak casks from local wineries that have been rinsed with high proof brandy. When the perfect flavor and balance are achieved, Happy Warrior is bottled straight from cask at 114 proof. Extremely limited releases are selected from the finest casks in the barrel warehouse."
