Check out this label - a handsome fox terrier sporting a monocle! From Douglas Laing, Scallywag is blend of Speyside whiskies, including Macallan, Glenrothes and Mortlach. There's some bourbon cask whisky in the blend, but most come from Spanish sherry butts, which give Scallywag a pleasant sweetness.

Bottled at 46% alcohol strength and non-chill-filtered, this Small Batch bottling has a distinct rich, dark colour - extracted from the many fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during maturation.
