The North and South Slope vineyards of Hansel face each other, side by side, but show very different characteristics despite their proximity. The North Slope's Pinot Noir plantings are from clone 115. Stephen Hansel states "...115 exhibits the most fruit-driven flavours and appears more "New World" then French." This is might be the most expressive of the Pinot range, a lush, plush wine with notes of cherry, cranberry, spice and forest floor. It's a great example of Burgundy meets California, in other words, the best of both worlds. The vibrant acidity will allow it to age gracefully for another decade but it's hard to resist right now.

Natural wine from South Africa. The grapes are harvested by hand and whole bunch fermented then crushed and then fermented for 10 days. Matured in french oak casks. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with a very small amount of sulphur added before bottling.

Situated in the heart of Saint Emilion, in the western part of the commune, this vineyard benefits from clay-limestone and sandy soil that promotes good drainage. Made in stainless steel tanks equipped with temperature control, the traditional fermentation lasts about 21 days and 2 to 3 punch downs are done in the first few days in the tank to extract tannins and colour. The wine is aged for 15 to 18 months in French oak barrels in their vast medieval cellars dug in the rock in the very heart of the village of Saint Emilion.
A harmonious blend of Merlot 85%, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The fat and flesh of the wine are mainly attributed to the Merlot while Cabernet Sauvignon lends it its finesse and power.

The Terredora di Paolo estate is located on the hills of Irpinia surrounding the valleys of the Sabato and Calore rivers. With about 180 hectares of vineyards, they rank among the most prestigious producers in Southern Italy.
