Decadent Drams has bottled another Marketing Malt (cough Macallan), and this one is a not so subtle dig at the distillery's 200th Anniversary releases which someone else, we won't say whom, described as resembling a Space Anus. This 16 Year old was bottled at 53% from a 1st Fill Sherry Hogshead originally filled in 2008. Limit 1 Per Customer!

Check out this label - a handsome fox terrier sporting a monocle! From Douglas Laing, Scallywag is blend of Speyside whiskies, including Macallan, Glenrothes and Mortlach. There's some bourbon cask whisky in the blend, but most come from Spanish sherry butts, which give Scallywag a pleasant sweetness.

Bottled at 46% alcohol strength and non-chill-filtered, this Small Batch bottling has a distinct rich, dark colour - extracted from the many fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during maturation. In fact, we use 40% first-fill Sherry butts in the mix, and the result is a truly charming Malt with a richly spiced character, fused with vanilla (from the bourbon casks used), sweet stewed fruit, Christmas pudding, dark chocolate, zesty orange and sweet tobacco. Amber Meadow is the third release in Macallan's Harmony Series, Apparently not related in any way to our KWM Whisky staff Harmony (or so they SAY), this whisky was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney "to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations."
Still not sure why they didn't collaborate with Harmony directly. Bottled at 44.2%.
