Producer's Tasting Note
Nose: Refreshing and elegant. With juniper berries at the heart, mild herbal scents of coriander, and follows through to a fragrant finish – orange blossom, petals, zesty citrus.
Palate: A sweet, balanced gin featuring gentle sweetness from red guava, kumquat and starfruit locally grown in Taiwan, complemented by the sourness of coriander and lemon peel. Delicate aromas of juniper berry flourish across the mouth.
Tasting: Based on personal preference. Spirit contests serve at 20°C for optimal taste.
