This delicious dark saison spent nearly 11 months in Bourbon oak that was used to age Blindman's porters and stouts prior to this. Dark with hints of richness, chocolate and dark breads. Mild spice with hints of dark skinned fruits, and splintery oak notes. Available in limited quantities!
