On their third anniversary, Blindman brewed a Belgian-style tripel. True to form, with St. Lucifer yeast, and all the specialty malts involved you could ask for. Light in colour, with fruity yeast notes and phenols all over the place. Medium sweetness on the palate with a slight alcohol bite.
