A Blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. Golden yellow colour. Small, persistent bubbles. Complex with a nice intensity. Intense aroma of ageing, ripe fruits, toasted grassy notes. Nice gas, well structured with a long, enjoyable finish. Recommended for tasting by itself or with a meal, from beginning to end.

Rimarts owes its name to our father Ricard Martínez de Simón who decided start producing high-quality cavas using the handcrafted method.

From 1987 to the present day, the family has continued with the same philosophy of work to satisfy the most demanding palates around the world.
