Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Oily spirit with candy floss with tangy sugary notes but tempered with polished wood with toasted pine nuts.

Palate: This is a big tasting dram that grows on the palate, Green bananas (Yes I did say banana) cooked soya bean mouth coating richness with dried apricots.

Finish: Tinned peaches with oaky spices, some dried oat cakes with honey drizzled fruits. Toasted pine nuts round off the finish as they started this dram off on the nose.”
