The Servin Family has owned vineyards in the Chablis region for more than 450 years, dating back to 1654.
This Chardonnay from the larger general region of Bourgogne is pale yellow with gold reflection. It maintains much of the Chablis style with very subtle oak and a mineral driven style. The nose is fine and elegant with fresh white fruits dominating (pear, white peach) blending with mineral notes. The palate is well balanced with again white fruits present with an excellent freshness. The finish is rich and round with an excellent length typical of this ripe vintage.
