Pretty things is a project of Boston couple Dann and Martha Holley-Paquette. Two passionate individuals who wanted to make amazing beers. A slightly more traditional Saison, Farewell is made with rye, spelt, oats, and wheat. The addition of Alsacian hops gives a more spicy, floral aroma to match the complex malt base.
