Their TipTop Red represents their first vintage production of dealcoholizing their wines, and they have started with success - attaining a gold medal at the prestigious 2023 Global Low & Now Wine Masters!
Predominantly Merlot, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc, this classic blend delivers on every expectation. Beautiful deep ruby, with intense aromatics of dusty blackberry and soft plum. The palate provides a rich mouthfeel and generous, integrated tannins. Savoury herbal tones and plush fruit are delightfully balanced, providing a range of pairing options.
Our favourites being coq au vin or mixed bean cassoulet.
